Cinema
- All ticket sales are final. Tickets can be reschedule within the same viewing week. Ticket cannot be applied to any other movies.
- No refunds or exchanges will be issued unless a performance was cancelled due to inclement weather or equipment malfunction. In extenuating circumstances, refunds will be subject to the manager’s discretion.
Food and store purchase
- Merchandise, Packaged Coffee, and Packaged Tea : You may return merchandise, packaged coffee or packaged tea within 7 days of your purchase with your original receipt. Refunds will be made in the form of your original payment.
